📦 Order & Shipping Questions
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Processing times can be slightly longer during holidays or sales events.
What if my order is delayed?
Shipping delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If you haven’t seen tracking updates in over 7 days, contact our support team and we’ll investigate for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us right away if you need to update your address.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused plushies within 14 days of delivery. Check our full Returns Policy for details.
What if my plushie arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund under our Purchase Protection Policy.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking says delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it’s truly lost, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
What if I received the wrong plushie?
Oops! If we sent the wrong plushie, we’ll send you the correct one at no extra cost. Just let us know within 14 days.

Are your plushies safe for all ages?
Most plushies are safe for ages 3+, but some may have small parts. Please check product pages for age recommendations.
How do I clean my plushie?
We recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing unless stated on the care tag.
What materials do you use?
Our plushies are made from soft, non-toxic polyester and cotton blends. All materials are safety-certified.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently don’t offer gift wrapping, but all orders are packed with care in Snuggle Plushie packaging.
