Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Including the original packaging is appreciated and helps ensure a smooth return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. To qualify, you must notify us of the issue within 30 days of discovering the problem. We may request supporting evidence such as photos or a description of the defect. If confirmed, we will cover any costs associated with resolving the issue, including return shipping if a return is required. Products must not be intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.

⏳ Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the delay with our shipping partners and provide status updates throughout the process. If the package is confirmed lost in transit or shows no progress within a reasonable time, we will issue a replacement or refund. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot refund or reship orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

📦 Missing Orders Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to verify the delivery details and investigate the issue with the carrier. Customers may be asked to confirm their shipping address, check with neighbors or local postal services, and provide any relevant information to support the claim. If the package cannot be located after review, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the order value and circumstances. Please note that for high-value items, we may require additional verification before processing a refund.

🧸 Items Return Guidelines

We want you to feel confident shopping with us — and we do accept returns on plush and soft items when they're handled with care.

You’re welcome to examine or try on wearable items gently — just as you would in a store. For example, slippers should not be worn outdoors or on soiled surfaces.

To qualify for a return, all items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

This includes:

  • Plush items that haven’t been handled excessively or unwrapped
  • Fluffy slippers, wearable plush items, or bedding-style accessories
  • Items free from wear, scent, damage, or missing components

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This helps us process your request faster and keep things running smoothly.

📦 How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us by emailing snuggleplushiestore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm if the item is eligible for return or refund.
  3. If a return is needed, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a return may not be necessary.
  4. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any accessories or parts.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return (or receive proof of return shipment), we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

📝 Returning the Correct Item

Please double-check that the item you are returning matches your original order. Only the correct product can be refunded or replaced. Returning the wrong item may result in the package being discarded without reimbursement.

If you believe you've returned an item by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee recovery or compensation for unintended returns.

💳 Refund Details

Once we receive your return (or proof of shipment), we’ll inspect it and, if eligible, issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

If the entire order is returned, we’ll refund the full item cost plus standard shippin paid at checkout.
If only part of the order is returned, we’ll refund the returned item(s) only — shipping costs are not refunded in that case.

You’ll receive an email when your refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days to appear.
